Antarctic Interactive
Braunarts is awarded funding from the National Endowment for Science,
Technology, and the Arts (NESTA) to develop the educational project
Antarctic Interactive with their collaborators - the British Antarctic
Survey, the Philharmonia Orchestra and the South Bank Centre.
NOVEMBER 2000
London Museums Agency
Braunarts win the tender for developing the website for the London
Museums Agency
IAMA
Terry Braun talks about the impact of technology on live orchestral
performance at a Technology Seminar run by the International Artist
Managers' Association.
Exploiting ICT to support the Creative Industries
Terry Braun is the key speaker at this conference which looks at
current Creative Industries, and Braunarts' commissioning and
production of new collaborations in the Digital Arts.
OCTOBER 2000
Going to Java
The first trip to Prambanan in Java takes place - a research
opportunity to examine the temple site and dance reliefs in detail.
Romans in Frankfurt
The Braunarts created CD-Rom gets its first public outing at the famous
book fair.
BAFTA
This year's ceremony for the Interactive Entertainment Awards includes
the newly created Interactive Arts category.
Interactive Firebird
Braunarts begins production on this interactive online version of
The
Firebird by Stravinsky.
SEPTEMBER 2000
Banff
Living Architectures: Designing for Immersion and Interaction
Terry Braun participated in this three-day research event which aimed
to develop approaches to designing highly responsive spaces.
AUGUST 2000

Braunarts created the new website for the Huddersfield Contemporary
Music Festival.
JULY 2000
July 3rd - the Wellcome
Wing Opening
New information on the 'Sound Editor' and 'Network Globe' exhibits by
Braunarts at the Science Museum in London.
Wired and Dangerous
- The Impact of Technology on the Creative Process
The final conference in the Get Wired series, exploring new technology
and the arts, takes place on July 25th and 26th in Leicester, England.
